Terms of Use to Advertise in Spacareers.com.au

Advertisers on www.spacareers.com.au, www.spacareersUSA.com, www.spacareersasia.com, www.spacareers.co.uk, www.spacareers.co.nz, www.spacareersafrica.com, www.spacareersUAE.com, ("Site") identified as the " Advertisers" agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

All amounts owing to Spacareers ABN 63153190148  ("SPACAREERS") by Advertisers must be paid in advance in full for all adverts activated to the  SPACAREERS Site - unless arranged prior in writing.

As a condition of using any services supplied by SPACAREERS Advertisers must comply with all anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation applicable in the State, Territory or Country in which they conduct business. Where an exemption to comply with the legislation has been granted, the exemption number must be included in the advertisement submitted to SPACAREERS. SPACAREERS assists with the design and reviews every advertisement posted to its Site, it reserves the right to decline any advert order placed that is or appears to SPACAREERS to be contrary to law.

SPACAREERS reserves the right to either decline advertising query, reject or remove any advertisement from its Site for any reason whatsoever, at any time. SPACAREERS does not offer advertising to recruitment agencies, or hiring consultants to advertise their vacancies or website on our site.

SPACAREERS advertising medium only allows up to a MAXIMUM of TWO job positions per advertisement ie: Beauty Therapists & Massage Therapists or Spa Therapists and Receptionists. SPACAREERS only advertises for frontline/junior vacancies. All other positions above the level of therapist, reception, spa attendants, co-ordinators roles will be directed to our personal recruitment services.

AntiVirus:  SPACAREERS cannot and does not guarantee or warrant to the Advertiser that files available for downloading through the Site or delivered via electronic mail through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. Advertisers are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy their particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.

Advertisers acknowledge and agree that SPACAREERS acts as a medium through which individuals seek employment opportunities and that SPACAREERS does not vet nor is it responsible for vetting job candidates or the representations (whether verbal or in writing - including those representations appearing in job candidates resumes accumulated via SPACAREERS advertising medium.  SPACAREERS disclaims all liability for any loss, costs, damages or loss of profits sustained as a consequence of any Advertiser employing or engaging any person sourced through the SPACAREERS website.

Advertisers agree to comply with all Trade Practices legislation which requires that Advertisers that are companies not mislead persons SPACAREERS employment as to the availability, nature, terms or conditions or, any other matter relating to the employment opportunity being offered.

Advertisers agree to indemnify SPACAREERS, its officers, employees and agents against all claims, actions, suits, liabilities, costs and expenses incurred on any account by SPACAREERS as a result of the listing or proposed listing of any advertisement by an advertiser on the Site, or any related site.

SPACAREERS makes every effort to avoid errors in advertisements it has agreed to post to the Site. However, SPACAREERS accepts no responsibility or liability for any errors and requires that Advertisers check their advertisements for errors as soon as they are placed on the Site. All reasonable efforts will be undertaken by SPACAREERS to edit errors brought to SPACAREERS attention as soon as reasonably possible.  However Spacareers can only post adverts according to the information provided by Advertisers (Clients).  Advertisers are responsible for all information submitted in full or part, or incorrectly.

Advertisers must notify SPACAREERS when a vacancy has been filled.  If SPACAREERS does not hear from the Advertiser, the advert will remain active for the entirety of the pre-purchased advertising package.   

Advertisers agree to acknowledge all applications made via SPACAREERS and to respond to in a professional manner according to status of application ie:  all applicants must be acknowledged and those both successful and unsuccessful should be notified as soon as possible.  SPACAREERS encourages its advertising clients to abide by professional and ethical recruitment operations laid down by RCSA (Recruitment Consulting Services Association)

SPACAREERS agrees to use reasonable efforts to publish advertisements in the shortest possible time – normally 24 hours from full information and payment made by the Advertiser. SPACAREERS is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by an Advertiser as a result of any failure or delay in listing an advertisement.

Advertisers/Job seekers that visit SPACAREERS may go through various links to other sites, SPACAREERS takes not responsibility or liability in respect of the contents of any linked sites, the owners commercial or otherwise.    You enter these linked sites at your own risk.

SPACAREERS provides no warranty to Advertisers that services generally available through the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. SPACAREERS agrees to use its reasonable endeavors to ensure that any disruptions to or a denial of access to its Site will be remedied as quickly as possible via our hosting Company.

Advertisers and visitors to the site agree not to use any feature of the Site to send unsolicited commercial email to other Advertisers or Candidates/Applicants, whether individually or as a group.

SPACAREERS uses third parties to assist with business administration – as we may share your information with third parties, we make every effort to avoid disclosure of candidates/advertisers names.  By agreeing to these Terms you accept that third parties ie: contract office staff, may have access to your information.

Advertisers agree to keep SPACAREERS its officers, employees and agents fully indemnified against any actual or contingent liabilities incurred in relation to any actions or claims brought by any person or entity against SPACAREERS as a result of an actual or alleged breach by you of any law, or such other actions or claims brought in relation to the provision of services by SPACAREERS to you.

Advertisers may not assign or transfer any rights and obligations pursuant to this agreement to any other person or entity without SPACAREERS prior written approval (which will not be unreasonably withheld). If you are a company, any change in your effective control shall be deemed an assignment for the purpose of this clause.

Advertisers agree that SPACAREERS retains all intellectual property rights contained in any of the goods and services provided to you by SPACAREERS.

Advertisers understand and agree that a month of advertising is for 30 days only.  If a package is purchased the Advertiser must inform SPACAREERS when a position advertised has been filled, otherwise the advert will remain active until SPACAREERS had received via email instructions to cease advertising until further notice.

Advertisers are not permitted to link from SPACAREERS job application process to any external websites/externally hosted application forms without SPACAREERS' express written approval. Such approval is subject to strict terms and conditions.

Advertisers agree to comply with the National Privacy Principles set out under the Privacy Amendment (Private Section) Act 2000 ("NPP's") See www.privacy.gov.au for more information on the Australian NPP's.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the local advertiser .  Advertisers irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of International Law, and waive any objection to legal action being brought in those Courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum

These terms and conditions may change at any time, whereupon you will be deemed to accept any changes.  We recommend that you save these Terms of Use and view this page and update your files accordingly.
