For most of us when someone mentions anything about ‘wages, awards and agreements', whether it be an employee, a colleague or any industry individual we usually clam up, become very quiet and play ignorant…. which of course most of us are.
This area of your business is imperative and if you are not providing the legal requirements as a minimum in relation to the award or agreements to your staff then you will certainly have a much larger concern on your hands.
Spacareers is not providing this information to proclaim we can answer and solve your questions or concerns…but more to put you on the right path on how to source the right information appropriate to your business, who to speak to for the right advice and essentially ensure you business or workplace is working in the confines of the law. We would like to make your time more effective so we have done a little research to share with you.
Our aim is to keep it updated as quickly as possible and continually provide more information as a result of your questions and feedback. Please let us know what else you would like to see in the way of research and be sure to let us know if you discover something that would assist other businesses.
