  • What do you think you can bring to this position/company? 
  • What decisions do you find easy/difficult to make? 
  • Who are you finding it difficult to work with right now ? Why ? How do you see this job developing? 
  • Describe your ideal work environment. 
  • Tell me about a time when you successfully managed a difficult situation at work. 
  • Do you like to work in a team or on your own? 
  • Why are you looking for a new role – what is wrong with your present job? 
  • What sort of salary range are you expecting? And what do you believe is your market value?
