role?
- Why is this job available, why did the predecessor leave?
Promotion / Termination or Resignation?
- Where is this business going in the next 3 years? What is it’s
vision and goals for future direction?
- What benefits do they offer their employees?
- What makes your salon/spa the best to work for?
- How many applicants have you for this role?
- Who would I directly report to?
- What is your trial period? And notice period during this trial
period?
- Do you have a job description for me to view?
- Do you have performance reviews in place, if so how often?
- What is the Induction process your spa/salon offers new
employees?
- What are your ongoing training and development commitments?
- What are the expected rosters/ shifts for this role?
