Never leave gaps on your cv.

Chronological CV's are antiquated and do not cope well with long complicated work histories they are often predictable, boring and unimaginative.

You are writing your CV for other people so ensure you make it reader friendly

The key areas to apply to your CV are:

  • Contact details
  • Objective
  • Profile
  • Strengths - tangible (numbers and percentages) and intangible (your personal opinions)
  • Work history - break it down into dates by month ie: May 01 to May 02
