COMPANY: Exclusive premiere Medical Aesthetics Clinic and Medi-Spa

The individual in this position must be a dynamic leader with at least 5 years of proven success in a managerial and training position in the Beauty and Spa industry. She should be able to develop and deliver technical skills training and be an educator and motivator for uplifting customer service. The individual is results oriented and is confident of realising the company’s vision of delivering a consistent Brand message, high Product and Treatment Standards with commitment to quality and attention to details.

Qualifications:

• Beauty & Bodyworks Qualifications (Advanced Aesthetics and Advanced Massage Modalities)
• Minimum 5 years working experience in developing & training innovative beauty/spa therapies
• Familiar with latest skin care equipment technology
• Holding a management position for the past 5 years.

Key Competencies:

• Able to organise and multi-task
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Required to travel to train and do quality control checks at regional operations as and when required - a minimum of 1 week each time.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays and at the exigency of the management.
• Ensure the continuous and consistent day-to-day focus on both technical and customer service teams, including new client, procedure or service training
• Develops and manages Training & Development metrics.
• Train service skills : Face / Body
• Develop innovative service programs
