Forme Skin & Body Spa is an award winning industry leader continually setting new standards.
We've grown from 1 spa to 5 spas located in Albany, Takapuna, Remuera, Parnell and Ponsonby and we have lots of exciting future expansion plans - so if you are looking for a spa group that are going places, look no further!
We offer a wide range of treatments, from hydrotherapy treatments in our Albany aqua spa, through to advanced skin care treatments such as peels, Sonophoresis, IPL, Microdermabrasion - and our menu of services using state of the art technology and product continues to expand in 2008 and beyond!
With our growing team of 40, made up of therapists, receptionists, assistant managers, managers and senior management – we ALL thrive on achieving guest satisfaction and skincare results, whilst working with unique, state of the art skincare products (Bioelements & Environ)
We invite the following applicants:
- Spa/Beauty Therapists: a Diploma level beauty therapist with a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience. We love therapists who REALLY care for their clients, build strong relationships and excel at retailing.
- Spa Managers if you have a minimum of 2 years proven People Management experience. This is not an office job! You will still do some hands-on therapy, but you will be responsible for looking after a great team of therapists and the smooth running of the day to day operations and team targets and results.
- IPL Specialist Therapists: We are always on the look out for great IPL trained therapists, new to IPL or have great client following.
All the above roles require the following attributes:
- Proven experience in achieving therapy goals and targets and guest satisfaction within a salon/spa environment
- A focus on total guest satisfaction every time!
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A positive, warm, professional personality
- A flexible, TEAM focused, can-do attitude at all times
- A great learner attitude, to develop within the Forme team
- An absolute passion for working in the therapy industry
