An outstanding opportunity currently exists for an experienced Massage Therapist to join the dedicated team at our state of the art facility located at Crown Towers Hotel.
The Massage Therapist is responsible for ensuring that all Crown Towers Hotel guests receive treatments & service in line with our award winning standards of excellence.
The Successful candidate will be required to:
- Provide a level of service that exceeds all guest expectations, by carrying out all treatments in a consistent & timely manner
- Perform all treatments as specified in treatment training & treatment procedure
- Build & maintain client bases & maintain updated client records at all times
- Demonstrate confident product & sales knowledge of Crown Promenade Hotel (Crown Towers Hotel) to ensure recommendations can be made to suit client needs & retail targets
- Keep massage suite clean and tidy & perform delegated tasks when required
- Ensure smooth liaison between The Deck (Crown Spa) and Crown Promenade Hotel (Crown Towers Hotel) staff, acting as a support to colleagues by performing other tasks when required ie. Reception duties when necessary, stock counts, stock unpacking etc
- Ensure confidentiality & discretion is maintained at all times regarding guest information & activities
Work a variety of flexible shifts predominately weekends & public holidays

Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Experience in body treatments preferred
- Relevant experience in delivering a wide range of treatments in remedial/deep tissue massage
- International therapist qualifications or local equivalent
